Fortuna builds the complete door access control system — panels, readers, and software — all under one roof. Compatible with Fortuna’s range of fingerprint and face biometric machines so there are no third-party integration headaches. Control who enters, when, and where from a single dashboard.

How it works
A door access control system manages who can enter specific areas, when they can enter, and logs every entry for security and compliance. Traditional door access controls rely on cards, PINs, or keys. Biometric access control systems replace all three with something that can’t be lost, shared, or duplicated — a fingerprint or a face.
Most access control system door deployments involve three or four vendors — one for the panel, one for readers, one for software, and a system integrator to make them talk to each other. Fortuna provides the door access controller system, the readers, and the software. One vendor. Native integration. Zero middleware.
Panels, readers, and software — all Fortuna. When every component is designed by the same team, compatibility issues don’t exist. No integration headaches. No middleware layer. No second vendor to call when something doesn’t work.

2-door access control panel with WiFi
The brain of your door access control system — receiving signals from readers, making access decisions, and controlling door relays. Modular design with plug-in screw terminals for clean installation.
10,000 users. 50,000 event logs.
2 Wiegand, 4 OSDP, 1 serial. Pairs with face recognition, fingerprint, card, and QR readers.
2 relay outputs, 2 ReX inputs, 2 door sensor inputs.
WiFi, Bluetooth.
Best for: 1-2 door office setups, server rooms, small facilities.

4-door access control panel with LAN and WiFi
Controls up to 4 doors from a single panel — cutting hardware costs and simplifying wiring for multi-door access control system installations.
10,000 users. 50,000 event logs.
4 Wiegand, 4 OSDP, 1 serial.
4 relay outputs, 4 ReX inputs, 4 door sensor inputs.
Ethernet (LAN) + WiFi + Bluetooth.

Enterprise 4/8-reader access controller for BMS environments
Fortuna’s enterprise-grade access controller panel — built for Building Management System (BMS) applications, high-security facilities, and large installations requiring 4 to 8 controlled readers per panel. Operates as a fully standalone system independent of PC.
200,000 transaction records. 5,000 card holders per access group.
4 Wiegand readers (expandable to 8 via Piggyback Module). HID iClass, MIFARE, EM Proximity.
4 relay outputs (expandable to 8). 4 ReX inputs, 4 door sensor inputs (expandable to 8 each).
Ethernet (LAN). WiFi via additional hardware.
8 user-definable time zones. Hard and soft anti-passback per group. Nested access levels for interlocking.
Best for: Large enterprise campuses, BMS-integrated buildings, government and defense facilities, manufacturing plants requiring card-centric access control across 4-8 doors per zone.

1,000 fingerprint users (upgradable). 100,000 transaction records.
Relay output, push-to-exit input, door sensor input, alarm output.
MQTT protocol for cloud connectivity. BLE for mobile app access. Real-time door status monitoring.
LAN, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), optional 4G.

10,000 QR users. 100,000 transaction records.
Relay output, push-to-exit input, door sensor input, alarm output. No separate panel needed.
MQTT protocol for cloud connectivity. BLE for mobile app access. Real-time door status monitoring.

Why Fortuna
Panels, readers, software — all Fortuna. When a face recognition access control system integrates readers from one company, panels from another, and software from a third, compatibility issues are inevitable. We eliminated that by building everything ourselves.
Our door access controller system supports face recognition, fingerprint, card, QR, and PIN — all on the same panel, in any combination. A face recognition access control system from Fortuna verifies identity at the door with >99.5% accuracy. Cards can be shared. Faces can't.
The IoTA XS range, VF Series, and TF43 use MQTT for cloud connectivity. Monitor door access controls in real time from anywhere. Get instant alerts for forced entry, door-open-too-long, and access violations. This is not a legacy RS485 system with a web wrapper.
Most biometric access control systems treat attendance and door control as separate. Our devices log attendance AND control the door in one transaction. One punch. Two functions. Zero duplication.
500+ channel partners. Company-owned offices in 6 cities. We don't import panels and relabel them. We design the PCBs, write the firmware, and assemble the boards in Kolkata.
Industries
Control main entrance, floor access, server rooms, and executive areas from one dashboard. Assign time-based access — allow entry only during work hours. Track every entry and exit.
Restrict access to hazardous zones, chemical storage, and high-value areas. Biometric access control systems eliminate unauthorized entry at gate and zone level.
Zone-based access for OTs, ICUs, pharmacies, and admin areas. A face recognition access control system at each zone ensures only authorized staff enter.
Membership-tier access. Members get biometric or QR entry. Expired memberships are blocked automatically. No panel needed for single-door setups.
Room-level and building-level access based on membership tier. QR codes for guest access. Biometric for permanent members. Integrates with the amenity booking module.
Resident access via QR or BLE (mobile app). Guest entry with time-limited QR passes shared via WhatsApp. No cards to manage.
